• Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), and your transaction is processed over a secure connection.
• When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped within 5 business days, and the arrival date depends on the shipping method chosen. First Class Mail is inexpensive but can be slow; Priority Mail arrives within 2-3 days.
• What are the shipping rates?
We ship all packages via USPS with Delivery Confirmation (in the US). Orders outside of the US are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail or USPS Global Priority Mail. The cart will display your shipping total after you've chosen a method.
• How will my order arrive?
Each order is carefully packaged. Your cards or stationery will arrive wrapped in tissue paper, tied up with string, and the suitcase gift sets arrive with a satin bow on the handle. All orders receive a business card with a free goodie!
• What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to arrange for an exchange or refund (less shipping costs). Simply contact orders@pinklovesbrown.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note that sales of personalized products are final.
• Will my information be shared with anyone?
Of course not! We respect your privacy. Any information we collect from you is for our records only, and it will be kept in complete confidence.
• I own a store. Can I purchase wholesale from you?
Thank you for your interest, but we are not accepting new wholesale accounts right now.
